Walter Rossiter (1871 - )

He was born in Bath and studied there before moving on to Paris and Rouen. Later, he founded the Coventry and Warwickshire Society of Artists. He exhibited with the Pastel Society in London in 1918, receiving some faint praise from Ezra Pound ( NA 22.16:310).
