Wendela Boreel (1895 – 1984)
She was born at Pau in the south of France, but studied at the Slade School, at the Westminster School of Art, and at the Central School of Arts and Crafts. She was a pupil of Walter Sickert. She lived in London and later in the south of France. Her work is in a number of public collections. She seems to have specialized in etchings and engravings.
