Adrian Hill (1895 – 1977) Adrian Keith Graham Hill (to give him his full name) was born at Charlton in Kent and educated at Dulwich College. He studied art at the St. John’s Wood Art School and the Royal College of Art. He was well-known as a writer on art (not as a critic but as a teacher) as well as an artist. He also had a television series on painting.
