Mary Henrietta Uppleby Hogarth (1861 – 1926) She was born in Lincolnshire and studied at the Slade. She taught drawing at the Wycombe Abbey School and exhibited with the New English Art Club in 1914. Known for her paintings and etchings of architectural scenes, she illustrated Scenes in Athens and Fountains of Rome.
