Hugh Bellingham-Smith (1866 – 1922)
He was born in London and studied art under Legros at the Slade School and in Paris under Constant. He lived mostly in London but worked in various parts of England from Yorkshire to Sussex and Cornwall. He was a landscape and figure painter.
