Foottet, Fred Francis (1851?-1935) by Scholes, Robert

Fred Francis Foottet (1851 – 19351873 – 1901) He was born in Yorkshire, lived in Derbyshire in the 1880s and was living in London in 1893. Known as a landscape artist and lithographer, he exhibited at a number of galleries in London and also in Walker Gallery in Liverpool.
