Leandro Garrido (1868-1909) A member of the Staithes Group of artists, based in Yorkshire, UK. This Staithes Group of artists as it has become known, was made up essentially of plein air artists, influenced by the french Impressionists and their English precursors: , and Northern artists such as Henry Barlow Carter and Staithes born George Weatherill.
