Hutchinson, Robert Gemmell (1855-1936) by Scholes, Robert

Robert Gemmell Hutchinson (1855 – 1936) He was born and Educated in Edinburgh, where he remained for the rest of his life. After training as an engraver of seals he studied art at the Board of Manufacturers’ School. He specialized in genre painting, but also did some landscapes and still lives.
