Ihlee, Rudolph (1883-1968)

Rudolph Ihlee (1883 – 1968) He was born in London and studied at the Slade School of Fine Arts in 1906-10, winning a number of prizes. He had two solo exhibitions at the Carfax Gallery in 1914. He joined the New English Art Club in 1919. In 1921 Ihlee exhibited at the Leicester Galleries with a great success, after which he moved to Collioure in France and married there.
