Palmer, Harry Sutton (1854-1933) by Scholes, Robert

Harry Sutton Palmer (1854 – 1933) He was born in Plymouth and studied at the Royal College of Art for two years, winning a gold medal in his second year. A still life painter at first, he later shifted mainly to landscape, and was elected to the Royal Institute of Watercolour Painters in 1920.
