Rawlins, Ethel Louise (1880-1940) by Scholes, Robert

Ethel Louise Rawlins (1880 – 1940) She studied at the Slade School and at Newlyn in Cornwall. She lived mainly in Sussex and exhibited her landscapes in London and Paris. In 1919 Ezra Pound, writing as B. H. Dias, accused her of refurbishing “the Corot colour scheme” (NA 24.23:379).
