Thomas Wilson Rutter (1874 – ) He was born near Richmond in Yorkshire and worked as a painter, etcher, and engraver. He studied in Liverpool, Burnley, and at the Royal College of Art in London. He became an Assistant Master at the Northampton School of Arts and Crafts. He lived in Northampton. Anthony Ludovici noticed his in August of 1913 ).
