Williams, Terrick John (1860-1936) by Scholes, Robert

Terrick John Williams (1860 Р1936) He was born in Liverpool and studied art in Antwerp under Verlat and in Paris at the Acad̩mie Julian. He exhibited his work in Paris and London, winning a silver medal at the Paris Salon in 1908 and a gold in 1911. He painted in Venice and France a good deal, but lived mostly in London and, later, at Plymouth. He was essentially an impressionist painter and a very good one.
