Frances Wirgman (1888 – ) She was born in Birkenhead (near Liverpool) and studied at Southport and the London School of Art. She lived in Southport and became a member of the Liverpool Academy of Arts in 1920. She exhibited with the Pastel Society in London in 1918. We would be pleased to locate images of her work.
