Emily Beatrice Bland (1864-1951)
She was born in Lincolnshire and studied at the Lincoln School of Art and at the Slade School (1892-1894), under Brown and Tonks. She exhibited with the New English Art Club from 1897, becoming a member in 1926, and with the Royal Academy from 1906.
