- An Introduction to Others: A Magazine of the New Verse, by Suzanne W. Churchill
Under the editorship of Alfred Kreymborg, this little magazine published the work of Maxwell Bodenheim, Mina Loy, Marianne Moore, Ezra Pound, Carl Sandburg, Wallace Stevens, and William Carlos Williams, playing an important role in freeing American poetry from traditional models. Based in New York, with circulation in the low hundreds, Others was more radical than Chicago’s Poetry and had a lasting impact on American verse forms.
